Perhaps someone knows the answer.

Is the Cooker Hood connected to the outside? Or does the steam stays in the kitchen?

Just slide out towards you....have stayed in La Reserva, cooker hood works O.K. no steam in kitchen

hi if you look on the top of the cupboards there is a duct that should go to the outside wall. as said below just pull the white bit you have ringed a light should come on aswell

 Thank you for your information. The steam goes out.. I was not sure about the technic inside. Perhaps I only have to change the filter in time.

Yeah I believe you will only have to change the filter on the cooker hood.

The steam in the cooker hood remains in the kitchen. The steam is only slightly filtered.

I solved that problem by installing an exhaust duct to the outside wall.
